As a early stage startuper and a HN reader, I have constantly been thinking whether to make my webapp generic or verticalized. I believe, and guess you would agree, that verticalization is the way to go. Then my customers are more likely to keep coming back to my site, and certain customers will never be back after first time, and I may be okay without them.</description>
